Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using zenquarivio's website and services, you acknowledge that you've read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you shouldn't use our services.
We've written these terms to be as clear as possible, but running a competitive analysis platform means some legal language is necessary. We update these terms occasionally, and when we do, we'll post the revised version here with a new date at the top.
Service Description
zenquarivio provides competitive analysis tools and financial insights for Australian businesses. Our platform helps you understand market positioning, competitor strategies, and industry trends within the Australian financial landscape.
Important: Our services are provided for informational purposes. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, competitive analysis involves interpretation and market data that can change rapidly.
User Responsibilities
When you use our platform, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. That sounds obvious, but it matters because your account activity is tied to your login.
You agree not to:
- Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
- Use our data to create competing analysis products or services
- Attempt to access areas of the platform you haven't been granted permission to use
- Submit false information or impersonate another person or entity
- Use automated systems to scrape or download bulk data from our platform
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services or security features
Most of these are straightforward, but the data scraping point deserves mention. We invest significant resources in gathering and analyzing competitive data, and automated extraction undermines that work.
Data Usage and Intellectual Property
The competitive insights, analysis reports, and market data you access through zenquarivio remain our intellectual property. You're granted a limited license to use this information for your internal business purposes.
Your License Includes:
- Viewing and downloading reports for internal business analysis
- Sharing insights within your organization with colleagues who need them
- Using our data to inform your business strategy and decision-making
- Creating derivative analyses for internal planning purposes
Your License Does Not Include:
- Reselling or redistributing our reports or data to third parties
- Publishing our proprietary analysis in public forums or media
- Removing attribution or copyright notices from our materials
- Reverse engineering our analytical methodologies or algorithms
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. We process payments through secure third-party providers, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the recurring billing date.
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to contact you and retry the charge. After multiple failed attempts, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. No one likes talking about billing issues, but sorting them out quickly prevents disruption to your service.

Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until that date.
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Generally, if you cancel within the first seven days of a new subscription, we'll process a full refund. Beyond that window, refunds are considered based on the specific circumstances and service usage.
This approach might seem less straightforward than a rigid policy, but it lets us address genuine issues fairly while preventing misuse.
Data Accuracy and Limitations
We gather competitive data from various sources and apply analytical methods we've developed over years working with Australian businesses. But market conditions shift, companies change strategies, and public information can be incomplete or outdated.
Our analysis represents our professional assessment based on available information. It shouldn't be treated as guaranteed predictions or the only factor in your business decisions.
Note: Financial markets and competitive landscapes involve inherent uncertainty. Our tools provide insights to inform your judgment, not replace it.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your business information and usage data are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don't share your specific search queries or analysis patterns with competitors or third parties for marketing purposes.
We do aggregate anonymized usage data to improve our services and understand which features provide the most value. This aggregated data doesn't identify individual users or companies.
Service Modifications
We regularly update our platform with new features, improved data sources, and enhanced analytical capabilities. Sometimes this means retiring older features that aren't delivering sufficient value.
When we make significant changes, we'll notify you through email or in-platform announcements. We aim to give reasonable notice before removing features that users actively rely on.
Liability Limitations
Our liability for any claims arising from your use of zenquarivio's services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from service use or unavailability. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under Australian law.
These limitations might sound harsh, but they reflect the reality that business decisions involve multiple factors and risks beyond any single analytical tool.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with various third-party data providers and services. We're not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these external services.
When you use features that connect to third-party platforms, those providers' terms and privacy policies also apply. We recommend reviewing their terms, especially for services that handle sensitive business information.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our service or believe we've failed to meet these terms, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved through direct conversation.
For disputes that can't be resolved informally, these terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Legal proceedings must be brought in Tasmanian courts.

Termination Rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that harm other users or our platform. This includes misuse of data, attempts to compromise security, or fraudulent activity.
Before termination, we'll usually provide warning and opportunity to correct the issue unless the violation involves security threats or illegal activity.
Export and Compliance
If you access our services from outside Australia, you're responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws. Our services are designed for Australian business analysis and may not reflect competitive dynamics in other markets.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when using our data and services.
Children's Privacy
Our services aren't directed at individuals under eighteen. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
Entire Agreement
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and zenquarivio regarding service use. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
